November Lockdown
Following the government update at the end of October, we wanted to update you on what this means for us as a business and how we will be operating during this second lockdown.
In line with government guidelines, our office will remain open and we will continue to process and dispatch orders as usual. Some of our team will be working from home and can be contacted in the usual way on our office phone or email. Our shop and showroom will be closed and we ask that you do not visit us during the lockdown period. Trade customers should contact us by telephone first to arrange to drop off or collect orders.
Our team are working hard to keep operations running smoothly and to service our customers requirements all over the world. We are not currently experiencing any delays in ordering equipment and spares from our European suppliers. We are encouraging customers to plan ahead and order early for goods required in January 2021, due to anticipated delays at the borders.
Finally, we hope that you, your colleagues and families are keeping well and would like to thank all of our customers, near and far, for their continued support in 2020.
